Start by visiting the Microsoft Student & Graduate Careers Site and selecting the country in which you'd like to work.

In the US, we hire students (full-time university enrollment, regardless of prior professional experience) and recent grads (<1 year post-graduation or work experience) for full-time and intern positions throughout the academic year ... typically kicking our interviews in late summer / early fall for jobs set to begin the at the end of the school year. And it's never too early to apply. We assign our college recruiters by regions so it's also a good idea to attend a career fair or connect with a recruiter if you can.
